Alongside the practicalities of saying goodbye, there is often so much happening underneath. Emotions can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even strangely quiet. You might find yourself trying to hold it together for others, while not quite knowing where to put your own thoughts and feelings.
My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you don’t have to do that alone.
I provide counselling for those navigating bereavement and loss, creating space to gently explore what’s going on for you—at your pace, and in a way that feels manageable. Whether your loss is recent or something you’ve carried for some time, we can begin wherever you are.
I work both online across the UK and face-to-face, and I offer a free 15-minute introductory session so you can get a sense of whether this feels like the right support for you.
I also recognise that choosing a counsellor is personal. I may not always be the right fit—and that matters. If that’s the case, I will support you in finding someone who is.
