Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS)

To adapt to changing environments whilst staying true to supporting those impacted by suicide loss. Hope: Helping find the strength to move forward to a different future. Prevention and Postvention: Helping to alleviate the stresses of survivors whose lives are forever altered. Non Judgemental: We are all individuals whose different grief paths have bought us to this place and we want those left behind to talk freely without the fear of shame or rejection Listening: Supporting through empathy, understanding and awareness Human Contact and Socialisation: Social contact helps improve recovery from stress, anxiety and depression. Social interaction promotes a sense of safety, belonging and security, allowing individuals to confide in each other.
